Review docstrings of tasks and workflows as they are shown in the UI

Until #924 is fully implemented, the work request view from all tasks/workflows will typically show Task.__doc__ as the official description of the work request. It thus makes sense to review all those docstrings and make them a bit more descriptive and user-friendly.
