TextFileWidget / LogFileWidget: make line numbers color same background as text and add a separator line

As discussed in !2284 (comment 690047), a better approach might be to have the same background and a vertical line (like GitLab is doing):

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
