Workflow lists on home page are slow for logged-in users

One of the few remaining significant performance issues in the web UI following the switch to uvicorn+gunicorn is that the home page is rather slow for logged-in users: Helmut recently sent me a chart where the 90% time is 3186ms. It's fast when not logged in, which suggests that the culprit is most likely the "Your running workflows" and "Your completed workflows" tables. Some targeted optimization here would be worthwhile.
