Regression-Analysis: always show the QA tab even when not yet complete

From #1320 (comment 727944):

I don't see the QA tab appearing until the regression analysis is complete.

We should fix this. The QA tab should be visible from the start when regression analysis is enabled and it should display the current state of regression analysis results, even when they are not all complete.
