Prepare an "elevator pitch" to introduce debusine to other community members

We will often reach out to other Debian developers, either because we are building things on top of tools that they created, or because we are building something that can be useful to them. We want to have a short and convincing message for them to get them interested in debusine.

That short message should likely be integrated in debusine's documentation.
