Documentation and outreach for STF M1

We want to review what we have done, ensure that everything has been properly documented (if not fill the gaps!), and do some outreach so that the Debian community is aware of the new possibilities offered by Debusine.

Update the description of the sbuild task in docs/design/tasks.rst
Update the "Getting started with Debusine" tutorial
Write the "Install your first debusine instance" tutorial

Work on documentation is on-going in !434 (merged)
