Design expiration of WorkRequest objects

The WorkRequest history is currently stored forever. With Workflow design we see the need of an expiration policy to cleanup the workflow internal collection among other things, and it can extend to a proper design of WorkRequest retention.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
