Work request view doesn't show the user that scheduled it

https://debusine.debian.net/work-request/175/ is pending because it needs a riscv64 worker that we don't have. My immediate question was "Who tried to schedule that?" and the view doesn't provide the answer... yet it's part of the mandatory fields (created_by). We should display the username (we currently can't link it to any profile page).
