Double check debusine-server logs on production mode

In production mode the debusine-server logs can be seen via (for example) journalctl -f. They are intended to be seen in /var/log/debusine/server/error.log (or wherever the configuration file in /etc/debusine/server/pkg_paths.py variable DEBUSINE_LOG_DIRECTORY points to.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
