SHOULD: The web interface should allow contributors to leave comments on the various workflows to help reviewers in their work

Maybe as a special kind of artifact ? Without files and only JSON data.

Where do we store comments? In the data of the review task step? In artifacts?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
