dose-builddebcheck task

Split from #374 (closed) following design discussion

Call dose-builddebcheck against a specific set of sources.list, and a specific architecture (and possibly a build profile).
Current dissussion inclines towards running from a Worker, but without a full container environment (just run dose-builddebcheck installed on the Worker as a dependency).
Store the result, possibly expanding DoseDistCheck pydantic structure.
