A collection lookup failure during a sbuild workflow should be displayed

When creating a sbuild workflow multiple kinds of errors can happen. If the task data fails structural validation, the web interface displays a message indicating what is wrong when viewing it. However, a collection lookup fails, the workflow is marked as error without any visible indication that a collection lookup failed or what the failing query was.
