Duration of workflows is wrong and sub-workflows completed too soon

When a workflows runs: /debusine/work-request/43/ the duration is wrong.

E.g. in an instance the Debian Pipeline workflow took longer than 3 minutes but it's reported as three minutes. One of the sub-workflows took 5 minutes.
