"Workers" and "Task status" links return 500 if there is no "System" workspace

If there is no workspace named "System", the links labeled "Workers" and "Task status" at the footer of every page return HTTP/500. This can be observed on https://debusine.freexian.com (which does not have a "System" workspace), but not on https://debusine.debian.net (which does have a "System" workspace).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
