Clarify canonical spelling of debusine

Most of the time I see debusine spelled lower case except when used at a sentence start or in titles, but some uses pose an exception to this perceived rule.

Please clarify (e.g. in the documentation) the preferred spelling. I'm not sure this needs much discussion as more of a decision.
