debian_pipeline workflow with enable_make_signed_source causes extract signing input task to fail in fetch_input due to mismatch in the binary_artifacts types

I'm testing the debian_pipeline workflow with src:linux with enable_make_signed_source, which should cause the linux -template packages to be signed. After the builds happen, those template packages are to be extracted, but that is failing:

Expected each of binary_artifacts to be of category debian:binary-package; got debian:upload
