The artifact view should default to the "File(s)" tab

When you open an artifact, you are more likely interested in the files themselves than in the metadata, in particular since those are rather arcane for most users, and useless for most categories of artifacts (thinking of build logs for example).

Please switch the default tab to "File(s)" (when there are no specialized views).
