WorkRequestDetailView Dependencies tab: improve UI

for the Dependencies tab, I'd use "Reverse dependencies" instead of "Dependents" and I would put the explanation in a ❓ tooltip next to the title instead of using textual explanation in the main view (that relates to #878), similar tooltip should be added for the Dependencies section then.
