APTMirror task: mirror repository indexes

We implemented the APTMirror task before we had repository index artifact support in Debusine. Now that we have that, I think it would make sense to add the various files to the target collection, since we're looking at them anyway. This would give us ready-made suites that we can point access views at (#757 (closed)) without having to deal with generating index files.
