Make it possible to delete workflow templates

User story

For testing purposes, I had to create different workflow templates in debusine.f.c (so a production server). Those workflow templates won't be needed anymore, and AFAIUI, the only way to delete them is complex SQL surgery. It would be great to have an easy and safe way to delete a workflow template.
