Synchronization betwen nm.debian.org and debusine.debian.net

Debian Developers and Debian Maintainers can login to debusine.debian.net and they are automatically added to the debian/Debian or debian/Maintainers group. However after the initial login the group membership are not updated to match any future change (like a promotion from DM to DD, or a suspended account for some reason).

We should fix that at some point.
