Debian Jessie and Ubuntu Trusty support can now be dropped

Debian Jessie reached EOL as ELTS, and we can now drop jessie-specific code paths in Debusine.

Same goes for Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty (even though legacy support goes until 2026, we don't care about it in the context of Debusine currently).
