Possibility to update user info (email) from salsa

I changed my primary email on salsa, and would like it to be synchronized to debusine.

User info could be fetched on every login via OAuth and updated in database.

However it looks debusine is using email as the user identifier. I am not sure whether changing email would incur some unexpected side-effects.
