follow-up to !2728 (merged): Remove CLIENT_TIMEOUT and use the configured timeout (worker.config.http_timeout) with fallback to DEFAULT_REQUEST_TIMEOUT.

Also pass the timeout explicitly to the aiohttp client so it does not rely on defaults.

Add a test for configured timeout handling
