Update ddtp user name

Hi!

This MR changes the user name used to connect to ddtp.d.o following DSA's work on RT ticket #8486. Quoting from #debian-ftp:

adsb: Ganneff: ansgar: hopefully the ddtp sync for dak should work again, although you'll want to be using "ddtp" as the username rather than "ddtp-dak"
