Draft: Patch codebase to build and run with OGRE 1.12

OGRE 1.9 has been excluded from Debian stable several years ago, leading to funguloids itself being confined to unstable.

This update tries to get it to build and run with OGRE 1.12, currently packaged in Debian Bookworm (current stable) and Trixie (future stable).
