bump changelog and use libqt5opengl5-desktop-dev

openmw (0.43.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Build-depend on libqt5opengl5-desktop-dev instead of
libqt5opengl5-dev, enforcing the fact that OpenMW only
works with -lgl and not -lgles/-gles2.
