Icons improvements

Pino Toscano requested to merge pino/powermanga:icon-fixes into master
  • ship all the available upstream PNG icons in the XDG hicolor icon theme
  • stop shipping the XPM icon, as the icons in the XDG hicolor icon theme are enough
  • use dh-exec

Unlike the old powermanga.xpm that was previously shipped in the powermanga binary, the new icons are shipped in the powermanga-data binary, as it more logic (and saves a bit more space).
