Add 0013-gdb-fix-logic-of-find_comp_unit-and-set_comp_unit.patch.

Thix fixes unknown CFA rule error when debugging the linux kernel with QEMU 1.

This is my first contribution to Debian. Let me know if I did something wrong.

I see that pipeline is failing, but looks like errors are not related to my change. Maybe it was failing before too?
