[buster] backport fix for CVE-2019-3890 #926712

Dear Maintainers,

This backport is required to fix CVE-2019-3890 #926712 in evolution-ews, which is causing the ews plugin to be missing from Buster, which is an issue for all debian users stuck with exchange/o365/outlook at $work. Please kindly consider creating a new debian/buster branch for it, I'll then switch targets. I have tested both packages in Buster and it seems to work.
