[bullseye] Cherry-pick patch to retrieve S/MIME certificates
requested to merge cmhe/evolution-ews:add-s-mime-contacts-retrieve-user-certs-patch into debian/bullseye
Bug #994252 is still present in the Debian Bullseye evolution-ews package (3.38.3-1).
Since the debian/bullseye branch does not exist yet, the target branch of this MR is debian/master. Please create debian/bullseye, I will then re-target this MR.
