Load files in /etc/X11/Xresources/

Functional differences from previous patch (apart from amending LP:1955850):

  • Do not break if file names contain spaces.

Tested with both /etc/X11/Xresources as a regular file as with regular files under the /etc/X11/Xresources/ directory.
