This manifest builds a development version of Boxes that could run
alongside a stable (system) one. It is target at testers, designers,
translators, and everybody else who wants to easily run a bleeding
edge instance of our application.

It also embeds pci.ids and usb.ids files since these are updated
upstream in a daily basis, making our builds susceptible to changes
that can break the build.
