update to upstream version 42.beta

This MR updates the package to the latest upstream version. It includes numerous changes as the package was renamed to "Console" and moved to GNOME core apps. As a consequence, our package is renamed to gnome-console and will likely be moved to the gnome-team group shortly.

Tested locally and ready to go IMHO. Please note this one will have to go through NEW as the whole package was renamed, and even introduces a new binary package (Nautilus extension).

Given the amount of changes I'll let this MR sit down for a few days, so people can review/comment on it.
