This reverts commit 735b33e7.

Vala is generating code where the closure that's passed on to the lambda
function is immediately deref-ed, without having a strong ref passed
into the callback. This leads to a user-after-free crash.

Remove the duplicate can-shrink=False property and only keep can-shrink=True.
