Systemd has been the default session for a while and everyone not
using it is already heavily patching things and reimplements its
dbus apis (like logind).

This commit makes systemd a hard dependency, for both the
session and the journal, and drops the consolekit backend as
consolekit has been unmaintained for a good while now.

This property indicates that GNOME will be able to start
headlessly in environments not associated with a local seat.

All file types that previously defaulted to gedit now default to
gnome-text-editor, falling back to gedit. This is a follow-up for the
removal of gedit from the gnome-core metapackage before Debian 12,
replaced by gnome-text-editor.

v209 was released in 2014. Previously we would fallback to looking
for systemd >=183 if the version was older than 209. We can
now drop this check and simplify a bit the build definition.

Terminal interrupts should be sent to the child process instead of
gnome-session-inhibit. For example, when running
`gnome-session-inhibit python`, CTRL+c should not exit the Python
shell.
