Error out when supplying multiple argv, either with multiple -e
options, or with one -e and a --.

The manpage uses "--command, -e=COMMAND" to describe the flag.
-e=COMMAND does not work, COMMAND must be separated by a space.

Using the application ID ensures that wayland compositors can match the
window with the application and show the appropriate icon for them.
