- switch from Cantarell

The pressure range allows reducing a tablet's physical range so that
pressure below a certain physical pressure is ignored and/or that the
maximum pressure can be reached before the maximum physical pressure is
reached.

The keys for the keybindings are a bit clunky but this way we can stay
with the current naming scheme. And unlike pad buttons, stylus usually
only have up to 3 buttons anyway.

This dates from when autotools was the build system and the XML files
were generated in the *source* directory rather than the *build*
directory. If in the source directory, they could have been picked up by
the i18n tools for translation, even though the `.xml.in` files are
what’s needed for translation.

Since moving to Meson, the `.xml` files are generated into the build
directory only, so `POTFILES.skip` is no longer needed.

This will allow implementing break reminder functionality in the shell,
while having the settings for it in gnome-control-center.

The preferences layout is strongly inspired by what’s used by
`org.gnome.BreakTimer`

to Cantarell for 47.
