Set GDK_PIXBUF_QUERYLOADERS using multiarch path 

Set GDK_PIXBUF_QUERYLOADERS to
/usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders
since we no longer install the /usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders symlink
for multiarch co-installability.
