Add patch desktopManager-Avoid-scheduling-multiple-_layoutChil.patch to
debian/patches/series to fix LP: #1898005 properly. The patch got
released in the previous version without being in the series file.
Also import release 20.04.0-3~ubuntu20.04.4 from the Ubuntu archive.
A new changelog entry will be required after this lands.
