Old version of devscripts in Docker image?

I'm having a problem where uscan returns a different most-recent version tag in git HEAD mode in the salsa CI test. The particulars of the failure and #910762 suggest that this may be because the CI environment is using a version of devscripts predating version 2.18.10, released last December.

Could I get a read on whether or not this is true, and an image update if it is?
