Allow glab GITLAB_TOKEN to be fetched from keyring for better security

Otto Kekäläinen requested to merge otto/pkg-go-tools:glab-api-key-in-keyring into master

In addition to allowing use of the GITLAB_TOKEN environment variable directly, also try to get it from the (Gnome) keyring via secret-tool, and teach users how to get the API key and store it in the keyring.
