    The 0.15.0 code to read the version uses Go's debug.ReadBuildInfo()
which isn't super-compatible with how we do things in Debian. Add an
upsteram patch to allow -X=main.Version, and pass it from d/rules, set
to $DEB_VERSION_UPSTREAM.
