Fix golang.org/x/oauth2 dependency

Richard Hansen requested to merge rhansen/golang-github-coreos-go-oidc-v3:oauth2-dep into debian/sid

The golang-golang-x-oauth2 source package builds two binary packages, and dh-make-golang isn't smart enough to figure out which of the two is associated with the source package's XS-Go-Import-Path field. It apparently picks the last one declared, which in this case is the wrong package.
