Remove badger

Badger support is an experiment in upstream, and most likely with negative outcome, e.g. because of the build issues you see on debian: They don't seem to care (test) "non-standard" arches. Though I don't understand why badger itself did build/transition to testing. Anyway I added a patch that removes the badger code and thus the dependency on it.

I checked that it builds using buildpackage/pbuilder - no other checks done (don't know debians procedures that well).
