Install wsdd to /usr/bin instead of /usr/sbin

/usr/sbin/ is not in the default $PATH for Debian users.

I am uploading a new version of gvfs which Recommends: wsdd to show Windows network shares in places like Nautilus. But it won't work if wsdd can't be found in $PATH
