Skip autopkgtest for unprivileged containers (LP: #1828228)
Would you mind accepting this small change so we can have no delta ? This is skipping autopkgtests whenever unprivileged containers are used. We use them for armhf architecture for now and have already put this small skip code in corosync & pacemaker, so some tests are skipped if corosync can't start.
