Fix for optional value of mirror/protocol

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/base-installer:rclobus/unset_protocol into master

Found on the live images with live-installer/enable=false (which runs the installer similar to the netinst images)

If the file /cdrom/.disk/base_installable is found, the value for mirror/protocol has never been validated before and choose-mirror has not been run
