Don't drop the mini.iso file

Wouter Verhelst requested to merge no-dropping-mini-iso into master

It is useful to have a mini.iso file on the file system in order to do a quick install of a VM. If these files are not in a package, that means they need to be kept up to date manually (otherwise they won't work).

These files are not useful for netboot installs, but setting up netboot installs for libvirt is quite a bit more involved, and being able to point to an ISO image from libvirt is useful.
