Support kernels before 6.6.8

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/debian-installer:rclobus/support_trixie into master

Currently trixie does not have a kernel that provides a versioned vmlinuz. So, if an unversioned vmlinu[xz] file is found, use that one. This fixes daily builds of the installer on trixie.
